The Arctic Liquid Freezer II 420 is a multi-compatible all-in-one water cooler. The Liquid Freezer II combines the efficient PWM pump of the Liquid Freezer II with fans who are optimized for static pressure. This produces a completely different aesthetics with an extremely low noise level and equally low temperatures. The buzz of the water pump has been reduced and its efficiency increased. Just like the other components, this PWM is also controlled. This results in considerably lower noise levels at low and normal loads, but also in a much lower power consumption of 0.9 W in rest position, 2.5 W with normal load and a maximum of 5.3 W at full load for the entire AIO.
